Nelson struck out seven batters and allowed two earned runs over seven innings in a game with Double-A Huntsville on Thursday.

Victor Roache (OF)  MIL - A
Roache has gone 9-for-29 (.310) with two home runs, four RBI and eight runs scored in his last eight games with Low-A Wisconsin.

Mike Zunino (C)  SEA - AAA
Zunino did not get the call to replace the demoted Jesus Montero at catcher for the Mariners because the organization does not believe his bat is ready as he is struggling against breaking balls at Triple-A Tacoma, the Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Jesus Montero (C)  SEA - AAA
Montero, who was sent to Triple-A Tacoma on Thursday, is done as a catcher as the Mariners no longer view him playing the position in the majors, the Seattle Times reports.

Danny Worth (2B)  DET - AAA
Worth, who has been sidelined with a heel injury since April 18, hopes to return to action for Triple-A Toledo in about two weeks, Mlive.com reports.

P.J. Walters (P)  MIN - AAA
Walters will be recalled from Triple-A Rochester and make a start for the Twins this weekend, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reports.

Lance McCullers (P)  HOU - A
McCullers returned to the mound after leaving a Low-A game with hip tightness one week ago. He pitched four innings, allowing one earned run and striking out five.

Michael Fulmer (P)  NY-N - A
Fulmer, who underwent surgery in March to repair a torn meniscus, will pitch in an extended spring training game next week, ESPN New York reports.

A.J. Cole (P)  WAS - A
Cole had his second consecutive rough start allowing five earned in five innings of work on Thursday for High-A Potomac.

Adrian Nieto (C)  WAS - A
Nieto went 2-for-4 with two doubles on Thursday for High-A Potomac.

Daniel Norris (P)  TOR - A
Norris struck out 10 and walked two while giving up three hits over four shutout innings in his start Thursday at Low-A Lansing. According to John Lott of the National Post, Norris was on a 75-pitch limit.

Greg Ross (P)  ATL - A+
Ross did not allow an earned run and struck out seven in six innings of work for High-A Lynchburg Thursday.

John Lamb (P)  KC - AA
Lamb had eight strikeouts in seven shutout innings on Thursday for High-A Wilmington.

Anthony Santander (OF)  CLE - A
Santander went 3-for-4 with a double for Low-A Lake County on Wednesday.

Dorssys Paulino (SS)  CLE - Rookie
Paulino isn't off to the best start in the Midwest League, but he did go 3-for-5 with a double and a triple for Low-A Lake County on Wednesday.

Alex Castellanos (OF)  LA - AAA
Castellanos is batting .299/.359/.486 with five homers and eight steals for Triple-A Albuquerque.

Aaron Miller (P)  LA - AA
Miller, a 2009 first-round supplemental pick, has been moved from the mound to the outfield, the Dodgers' official site reports.

Eddie Butler (P)  COL - A+
Butler has been promoted to High-A Modesto after nine brilliant starts (1.66 ERA 0.92 WHIP in 54.1 IP) with Asheville. He'll start for the Nuts against Lake Elsinore on Saturday.

Travis Ishikawa (1B)  BAL - AAA
Ishikawa left Thursday's game with Triple-A Norfolk with a sprained right thumb, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Carlos Carrasco (P)  CLE - AAA
Carrasco is 2-0 with a 1.36 ERA in 39.2 innings at Triple-A Columbus.

Chris Archer (P)  TB - AAA
Archer pitched six innings and allowed one earned run on three hits and one walk while striking out six and earning the win for Triple-A Durham on Tuesday.

Zackry Dodson (P)  PIT - A
Dodson picked up his first win since returning from a 50-game suspension on Wednesday, going six innings for High-A Bradenton, allowing two runs while striking out five.

Tyler Glasnow (P)  PIT - A
Glasnow struck out 12 in five innings for Low-A West Virginia on Thursday, surrendering two runs on two hits.

Carlos Correa (SS)  HOU - A
Correa has a hit in nine of his last 10 games and is hitting .372 over that time for Low-A Quad Cities.

Clint Coulter (C)  MIL - A
Coulter hit his third home run of the year on Wednesday for Low-A Wisconsin.
