During the preseason and offseason, they are for the upcoming season. During the season, they are for the remainder of the season. These rankings take into account a standard scoring system (6 points for TDs, 4 points for passing TDs, 1 point per 10 yards rush/rec., 1 point per 20 yards passing and -2 points per interception thrown) and are meant to be a general guide.
