Today is like Christmas for NFL teams. Some teams will have their stockings stuffed with gifts, and some with coal. Until today, I have undertook the impossible practice of predicting the picks without trades. Today, I make an even more ridiculous prediction by trying to predict the trades that will happen in tonight's first round of the NFL Draft. Enjoy the craziness that follows. It'll make tonight seem rather tame. The Green means a team traded up to that spot, the pale red means the team traded down. All in all there were five trades predicted.

Ryan Lilja, who missed last season with a knee injury, has had limited participation during the Colts' organized team activities, the Indianapolis Star reports. His return would boost an offensive line that struggled to run the ball last season.

Guard Ryan Lilja will not come off the PUP list this week and faces a third operation on his right knee, the Indianapolis Star reports. Meanwhile, Jeff Saturday will miss three to four weeks. Rookie Jamey Richard will start at center as a result.

The Colts don't have plans to try and sign a veteran or make a trade after the sudden retirement of left tackle Tarik Glenn.
Second-year offensive tackle Charlie Johnson and second-round pick Tony Ugoh are the leading candidates to fill the left tackle position. "We have players who are going to have to step in. That's what happens in the NFL. When the unknown comes up and you have to deal with it. And we will. We've got a lot of good players on the offensive line. And one of the things we pride ourselves on is that virtually any player on the offensive line can play any position," GM Bill Polian told the Terre Haute News.
