PropSwap Picks of the Week

PropSwap Picks of the Week

This article is part of our Betting Promotions series.

Have you ever made a bet at a sportsbook that you later regretted? Did the money line change on you?  Or, conversely, did you bet on a future that suddenly had a great chance at hitting? If so, a secondary marketplace to sell your ticket is available to you!  PropSwap posts your tickets and makes them available via a straight sale or a bidding process. Think of PropSwap as an eBay for sports tickets. Like an item on eBay, you place the ticket on PropSwap, and then people can buy and/or bid on your action.  And, yes, that's right - you can also buy action on the site as well!

The purpose of our weekly article is to take a look at what's available on PropSwap this week and give advice on our best buys. Before you buy anything on PropSwap, be sure to read the fine print. The betting slip will be sent to you via certified mail, so if your ticket wins, you need to be near a licensed sportsbook to cash it in. Although deadlines to cash vary, most sportsbooks' typical expiration date is six months or 180 days from the initial purchase date.

NFL

Buffalo Bills TO WIN 2021 NFL Championship $232.60

Odds: 20.5:1 TO WIN $5,000.06

As long as Josh Allen keeps producing, this bet looks more and more attractive. The Bills will face the Chiefs in two weeks, and it should be a bellwether moment for the AFC.  Baltimore couldn't handle Kansas City, and it will be interesting to see if the Bills can make a big statement at home.

Chicago Bears TO WIN 2021 NFL Championship $120.00

Odds: 41.5:1 TO WIN $5,100

Are you a believer in Nick Foles?  If you like a Cinderella story, this is the bet for you. Granted, Foles has put on that glass slipper several times only to have his starting job taken away.  The Bears have a lot of talent, and they needed to move on from Mitchell Trubisky.  With Allen Robinson and Anthony Miller to throw to and David Montgomery in the backfield, Foles has a great opportunity to succeed.

NBA

Anthony Davis TO WIN 2020 NBA Finals MVP $4,000

Odds -160 TO WIN $6,500

Anthony Davis was arguably the top performer in Game 1, and handled Bam Adebayo with relative ease. I like Davis better than LeBron James because James doesn't need to carry a team on his shoulders, unlike previous years. He's also relegated to a role at point guard that doesn't really allow for the kind of production Davis can amass inside, and the interior appears to be where Miami is falling short.

MLB

Houston Astros TO WIN 2020 World Series $111.11

Odds 12.5:1 TO WIN $1,500

If this is a winning ticket, you can almost guarantee that Dave Roberts will lose his job in Los Angeles.  The Dodgers playoff implosions rival the Atlanta Braves' playoff mishaps from 1991-2005. Houston's bullpen is playing well, but they aren't getting much help offensively.  If Houston's bata heat up, they could easily make a run - even without cheating!

PARLAY OF THE WEEK

VIRGINIA +28.5 OKLAHOMA -7.5, AIR FORCE +6.5, KANSAS ST -2.5, TEXAS A&M +17.5, KENTUCKY -6.5, AUBURN +6.5, VANDERBILT +20.5

Odds 34:1 TO WIN $350.00

I expect Virginia to keep things tighter than you'd with Clemson, and Oklahoma needs a big confidence boost against Iowa State.  I've already hammered the line on the Auburn-Georgia game, and it might be the best underdog play of the weekend.  The only one here that really worries me is Texas A&M.  The Aggies have a strong team this year, but no team is in SEC is immune to an Alabama blowout.
