Warriors Steal One In Chicago
The Golden State Warriors defeated the host Chicago Bulls, 100-98, at United Center on Friday evening.

The contest got out to a competitive start, but the Bulls closed the first quarter strong and took a five-point lead into the second. The Warriors came out strong in the second with a 14-4 run, to take a six-point lead. They held the lead for the rest of the quarter, until the Bulls pulled ahead by one point just before halftime. The Bulls picked up the momentum in the third and took a six-point lead halfway through the quarter and carried it over to lead 83-77 at the start of the fourth. The Bulls held the edge to start the fourth, but the Warriors managed to tie it up at 92 halfway through the quarter. The teams stayed neck-and-neck down the stretch, but the Warriors went up by two with 1:03 left on the clock and held on to snap a four-game slide.

Glenn Robinson III led the Warriors with 20 points, including the game-winning dunk. Alec Burks added 14 points, four rebounds, three assists and a steal, while Eric Paschall chipped in 13 points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block. Willie Cauley-Stein totalled 10 points, seven rebounds, two assists and a block. The Warriors shot 54 percent from the field, including 9-of-24 from deep.

Meanwhile, Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 22 points, six rebounds and six assists. Lauri Markkanen added 20 points on 8-of-17 shooting, while Coby White added 14 points, three rebounds and two assists. The Bulls shot 44 percent, including 17-of-41 from long range.

The Bulls (8-15) will look to bounce back as they take on the Heat in Miami on Sunday. The Warriors (5-19) play host to the Grizzlies on Monday.
