Personal Bio/PreCareer Summary

Blossomgame was born in Atlanta, Georgia. His father, Ronald Sr., is a pastor. Jaron played basketball at Chattahoochee High School in Johns Creek, Georgia. He averaged 24 points and 8.8 rebounds as a junior, earning first-team all-region and second-team all-state honors. As a senior, Blossomgame led Chattahoochee to a 25-5 record, and his team advanced to the Elite 8 before losing to Southwest Dekalb. By the end of his high-school tenure, Blossomgame had set school records for points, rebounds and blocks. Following his senior season, he broke his left leg and was forced to redshirt the 2012-13 season at Clemson. He redshirted in 2012-13 after breaking his leg. The 6-foot-7 forward was primarily a defender as a freshman. He averaged 4.9 points and 4.0 rebounds in 23.5 minutes in 30 games (all starts). Blossomgame led the Tigers past Duke with 14 points and 14 rebounds in his only double-double of the season. He was given a bigger offensive responsibility as a sophomore and responded with 13.1 points and 8.2 rebounds. Blossomgame earned the ACC Most Improved Player award. The Georgia native broke out as a junior and provided 18.7 points and 6.7 rebounds to be named to the All-ACC First Team. He flirted with the 2016 draft before deciding to come back for his senior season. He led the Tigers with 17.7 points and 6.3 rebounds, including four double-doubles.
