Deja Vu All Over Again: Projections On A Monday

Two of my three losses this season have come off blown saves two outs short of a victory.  Ugh!

Last Friday
St. Louis Cardinals + 120
Reds 6, Cardinals 5 in 10 innings
Eduardo Sanchez blows his first save of the season, thank you very much!

SEASON RECORD: 5-3 (62.5|PERCENT|), + 80

What an awful way to start my weekend, only to then watch my beloved New York Yankees be swept by the Boston Red Sox.  Hoping to get that bad taste out of my mouth today with the following:

Seattle Mariners -150
Seattle (16-23, 8-11 H); Michael Pineda (4-2, 2.84, 1.28)
Minnesota (12-26, 8-15 A); Scott Baker (2-2, 3.71, 1.28)

Recent Trends:  The Twins are 12-32 in their last 44 games on grass.  They are 9-21 in their last 30 road games and 14-37 in their last 51 overall.

Los Angeles Angels + 125
Los Angeles (22-19, 13-9 A); Joel Pineiro (2-0, 1.33, 1.03)
Oakland (20-20, 9-10 H); Brett Anderson (2-3, 3.21, 1.22)

Recent Trends:  The Angels are 11-2 in Pineiro's last 13 starts on grass.  The Angels have won 6 of the last 7 head-to-head match-ups.
