Froling will leave the Blue Jays after his freshman season to begin a professional career in Australia, Jon Nyatawa of the Omaha World-Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Froling appeared in 30 games for Creighton during his freshman campaign, averaging 3.6 points and 1.9 rebounds. While the seven-footer would have been a candidate for a major minutes boost in his sophomore season, the pros came calling in his native Australia, and he accepted. Now, Creighton will be left to the likes of Christian Bishop and the one-time four-star prospect, Jacob Epperson, to compete for minutes at the center position.
