Campbell committed in January to join Fresno State as a transfer, Jackson Moore of 247Sports.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The 6-foot-3 guard was a three-star recruit who was initially a part of Oregon State's 2018 signing class. He averaged 2.0 points in 3.5 minutes per game over six appearances with the Beavers in 2018-19 before leaving the program, citing family reasons for his departure. The move to Fresno will bring him closer to his home in Southern California, but it's unclear if his situation will result in the NCAA granting him a waiver that extends him immediate eligibility. Since he left Oregon State in early December, however, he'll at least have a good chance at gaining eligibility for the Bulldogs midway through the 2019-20 campaign.
