It's assumed that Marble (not injury related) will not be available for the remainder of the 2023-24 season, Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle reports.
ANALYSIS
Marble hasn't suited up for the Aggies all season due to what has been described as a "university process," and it doesn't appear that the situation will change any time soon, even with Texas A&M likely headed for an at-large bid in the NCAA Tournament. Marble was a key contributor last season, starting 30 of a possible 35 games and averaging 9.1 points and 4.1 rebounds. Now, however, it appears coach Buzz Williams has his sights set on securing eligibility for Marble in 2024-25, rather than a prospective comeback that would tremendously boost the frontcourt depth.
