That's brought his average price down from his Eskimos heyday over the last several seasons, and combined with his Week 14 matchup, the savings make him an intriguing GPP play, specifically. It's not that Reilly has been absolutely terrible this season, but he's more often than not fallen short of the very high bar he'd set in recent years by only eclipsing 20.0 fantasy points on three occasions. However, he'll face a Redblacks squad that's allowed the second-most passing yards per game (308.5), third-most completions (279) and third-highest average yards per pass (8.5). Moreover, Ottawa is tied for the second-highest red-zone success rate (62.0 percent) allowed in the CFL and yields the second-highest passer efficiency rating in both the 0-to-9-yard (101.2) and 10-to-19-yard (101.6) passing windows.
