Friday night's CFB slates on FanDuel and DraftKings feature two interesting games. Let's dive in!
BYU @ Houston (+5) O/U: 63
Tulane @ SMU (-6.5) O/U: 65
This two-game offering is more exciting than the non-weekend slates we've had in past weeks. Both games have O/U lines above 60, and the spreads are narrow as well. The combination of these two factors usually equals a lot of fantasy production. If there's any team I'm light on, it's Tulane, but all four teams will play a role in our lineup builds.
Zach Wilson, BYU (DK $8,000, FD $10,000) @ Houston
Wilson is a no-brainer add for this slate. Not only has he completed over 70 percent of his passes and has also led the Cougars to a 4-0 record. Although their homecoming game against UTSA was a lot closer than it should have been, he still went 22 of 30 for 282 yards and two touchdowns. He also avoids mistakes, throwing only one pick through four games (101 attempts).
Shane Buechele, SMU (DK $7,200, FD $10,200) vs. Tulane
Going with the two favorites at quarterback makes more sense than dipping into Clayton Tune, and the QB situation at Tulane is shaky at best. Wilson and Buechele will also find their way into most of my lineups as QB/S-Flex options. Buechele is posting video-game numbers with the Mustangs, and he's hurled 10 touchdowns with only two interceptions. While he isn't known for his running game, he's
