Parker averaged a nice 4.9 yards per carry last year, but behind Ian Eriksen and Shaq Vann he only had 51 carries in 11 games. Eriksen is gone, but Vann is back as a fifth-year senior. Parker is not built like an every-down back and his workload may be limited, but his ceiling is probably the best in the Eagles' running back rotation.
