Woods placed his name in the NCAA's transfer portal Monday, 247Sports.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Woods' decision to move on from Washington State comes just over a month after he opted out of the 2020 campaign, citing concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic. The wideout recorded six receptions for 58 yards in 2019 and likely would have been ticketed for a depth role with the Cougars had he elected to play this fall. He'll have three years of eligibility remaining at his next stop.
