Milledge entered the NCAA's transfer portal Tuesday, Jamie Oakes of 247Sports.com reports.

Milledge's cousin, cornerback Major Williams, also entered the portal a day later, with both players considered likely to move on from Virginia. A three-star recruit from the 2019 cycle, Milledge only appeared in three games as a true freshman, allowing him to preserve four years of eligibility. He would need to petition the NCAA for a waiver in order to play in 2020 if he transfers to another FBS school.
