ANALYSIS
The defensive end hit the transfer portal early this offseason and initially committed to Tennessee before backing off that pledge amid coaching turmoil within the program. Instead, Bryant will link back up with his former Auburn head coach, Gus Malzahn, whom UCF recently hired to lead the program.
