ANALYSIS
The versatile 6-foot-1, 225-pound Lars-Woodbey -- who is capable of playing both safety and linebacker -- became one of the more sought-after defenders in the portal after he announced in early December that he would be moving on from Florida State. He'll opt to stay within the ACC to continue his career, joining an ascending Eagles squad coming off a 6-5 season under first-year head coach Jeff Hafley. Rated as a four- or five-star recruit by most services coming out of high school in 2018, Lars-Woodbey tallied 106 tackles, 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble across three seasons at Florida State. Since Lars-Woodbey was a redshirt sophomore this past season after playing in only four games due to injury in 2019, he'll have up to three years of eligibility remaining to begin 2021 at his new school.
