2019 Fantasy Outlook
Burnett went undrafted out of USC but ended up making five appearances for the Jets as a rookie last season, catching 10 passes for 143 yards. While he's on the roster bubble as things currently stand, Burnett has chemistry with franchise quarterback Sam Darnold working in his favor -- the pair linked up for 1,114 yards and nine touchdowns at USC in 2017. The Jets aren't especially deep at wide receiver, so Burnett could get some opportunities to step up should the injury bug strike. Read Past Outlooks

WRPhiladelphia Eagles
January 16, 2020
Burnett finished the 2019 regular season with two catches on four targets for 48 yards and caught his only target of the Eagles' wild card loss to Seattle for a five-yard gain.
ANALYSIS
Those were the only two games of the season for Burnett, who joined Philadelphia's practice squad in mid-December before injuries necessitated his call-up. He was with the Jets in the preseason but spent the bulk of the year on the 49ers practice squad. The 22-year-old now heads into the offseason an exclusive-rights free agent and therefore will be back with the Eagles in 2020 if the club elects to extend him a qualifying offer.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Burnett (6-0, 186 pounds) was one of Sam Darnold's top targets at USC in 2017, leading the Trojans with 1,114 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. Though he went undrafted this spring after posting underwhelming numbers at his pro day - including a miserable 4.70 40-yard dash - Burnett was known to be operating at less than full health at that time and he's among the best receivers that didn't hear his name called. However, he's no guarantee to make the 53-man roster in Tennessee and is only worthy of fantasy consideration in dynasty formats.
