2019 Fantasy Outlook
Berrios, who the Patriots took in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, is a slot prospect who failed to make a splash in the preseason last year and then landed on IR. The 5-foot-9, 183-pounder will now battle for depth chart slotting with the likes of Phillip Dorsett, Maurice Harris, Jakobi Meyers and Demaryius Thomas (when healthy), but if Berrios can show aptitude as a route-runner, he could emerge as a direct backup to PPR-ace Julian Edelman. Six catches in rookie season
WRNew York Jets
December 29, 2019
Berrios caught one of two targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 13-6 win over Buffalo.
ANALYSIS
Berrios finishes the season with six catches for 115 yards. More than half of those yards came on a 69-yard catch against Oakland, on which Berrios was tackled just short of what would have been his first career touchdown. The 24-year-old receiver also contributes as a punt returner, returning one for nine yards in this game. Berrios' youth and versatility will keep him in contention for a 2020 roster spot with the Jets.
