2019 Fantasy Outlook
Taken with the 51st overall pick in this year's draft, Brown is a good prospect in a crowded situation. Not only did the Titans sign Adam Humphries to a big deal this offseason, but they already had 2017 No. 5 overall pick Corey Davis and also get tight end Delanie Walker back from injury. That said, at 6-1, 230, Brown is a powerhouse who runs exceptionally well (4.49 40) for his size. He presents matchup problems for smaller corners, is incredibly tough to bring down after the catch and has a 36.5-inch vertical leap. The question for Brown is mostly about role - not only is there competition for targets, but Marcus Mariota's star has faded the last two seasons, and Tennessee attempted 437 passes last year (31st) in an offense that eventually was built around running back Derrick Henry. No impact in Week 6

Brown hauled in two of his four targets for 23 yards in Week 6 against the Broncos.
ANALYSIS
Brown showed moments of promise in Week 6, notably having a 42-yard catch negated by offensive pass interference. He also got involved in the offense early, registering a 13-yard grab on the opening play of the Titans' third possession. However, the end result was an uninspiring line, a microcosm of the team's overall passing attack. While Brown's role appears to be growing as his rookie season wears on, Tennessee rarely has enough pass volume to go around, particularly when Adam Humphries, Corey Davis and even Delanie Walker appear to be prioritized ahead of him in the passing attack.
