27-Year-Old SafetyS

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Pushed into a starting role at safety last season following some offseason departures, Heath's 2017 campaign was something of a mixed bag. He set career highs with 71 tackles and three interceptions, but his limitations also became more apparent as his average speed and often poor angles left him a step slow to the play on too many occasions. The 27-year-old will need to hold off younger safeties like Kavon Frazier and Xavier Woods to hang onto his starting spot, but the Cowboys defense could be better off in the long run if Heath slips back into a depth role, where he can focus on making big hits on special teams and in nickel packages. Solid in 2018
SDallas Cowboys
January 19, 2019
Heath finished the regular season with a career-high 85 tackles, one interception on five passes defended, and one forced fumble.
ANALYSIS
The 27-year-old safety continues to do yeoman's work at the back end for the Cowboys. Heath is far from elite at his position, but he's not a liability in pass coverage and can still come up with a big hit now and then, giving him a steady IDP floor even if he has a limited ceiling.

Heath will provide depth at safety, but should see most of his snaps on special teams in 2015
Pressed into regular duty last season, Heath started nine games and recorded 60 tackles and an INT. If he holds onto his starting job he could put up useful IDP numbers, but he's a better fit as a depth safety and special teams ace.
