FanDuel NHL: Monday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NHL series.

Goalie

Connor Hellebuyck, WPG at OTT ($8,400): The netminder is having his best season of his career with 41 wins, .924 save percentage and a 2.33 GAA. Hellebuyck has also won each of his last six starts.

Center

Nazem Kadri, TOR vs BUF ($6,100): Kadri is a reasonably priced pivot off Auston Matthews and has a tremendous matchup against Buffalo. The Sabres have allowed the most fantasy points to centers over the last four weeks with 17 goals and 26 assists surrendered. With three goals and an assist in his last five games, Kadri comes enters in good form.

Paul Stastny, WPG at OTT ($5,300): The Senators have allowed 14 goals and 26 assists to centers over their last 14 games. This is the perfect spot for Stastny to break his mini slump of just one point in his last six games.

Wing

Evgenii Dadonov, FLA vs CAR ($6,200): With three goals and an assist in his last four games, Dadonov is a steal skating on the first line with Aleksander Barkov and Nick Bjugstad. Dadonov has 26 goals and 34 assists, with five of his tallies coming with the man advantage.

Kyle Connor, WPG at OTT ($5,000): The Senators have allowed the most fantasy points to left wingers over the last four weeks (18 goals, 23 assists). Connor has been a major piece of Winnipeg's resurgence with 29 goals this season, including four in his last six games.

Patrick Marleau, TOR vs BUF ($5,500): Marleau has had somewhat of a resurgence with the Maple Leafs, scoring 26 goals (five on the power play) and adding 19 assists. The former Shark has three goals in his last four games and has three goals and five assists in his last seven against Buffalo. The Sabres have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to left wingers over the last four weeks.

Defense

Mathew Dumba, MIN vs EDM ($4,800): Dumba is an under-the-radar offensive weapon on the blue line with 12 goals and 34 assists on the season. The Oilers have surrendered 11 goals and 17 assists over their last 14 games and Dumba has four goals, two assists and 19 SOG in his last eight against Edmonton.

Jake Gardiner, TOR vs BUF ($4,900): Gardiner has a goal and five assists in his last six games and could add to those numbers against the Sabres, who have allowed 31 points to defensemen over the last 13. Gardiner is an affordable way to get exposure to Auston Matthews, as the two are on the ice together in virtually every situation.
