GOALIE
Sergei Bobrovsky, CLS vs. BOS ($7,700): He's back on the case! Bobrovsky has four shutouts in his past seven games, single-handedly leading the Jackets' charge back into a playoff spot. Since Feb. 1, Bobrovsky is second in wins (17), sixth in save percentage (.933), fourth in GAA (1.90) and first in shutouts (7). The Bruins are very good so that's the risk, but they're also 5-5-0 in their past 10 and losers of two straight. The Jackets may not outplay them, but at this price it's not a bad bet on Bob to steal the game.
CENTER
Elias Pettersson, VAN vs. SJ ($6,200): He's $300 cheaper than Bo Horvat despite being the more dynamic offensive talent, and the Canucks added another weapon recently in Quinn Hughes. The odds-on favorite to win the Calder, Pettersson has not scored since March 15 and has just one assist in his past four games, but he has certainly come close and remains a good source of offense averaging two shots per game. The Sharks goaltending continues to be atrocious and allowed five goals against the Flames.
Anze Kopitar, LA at ARI ($5,000): He's scored more points against the Coyotes than any other team in his career with 73 points in 70 games, and he just wrapped up a good month with 10 points. The Coyotes don't have anyone who can match up against Kopitar, and even with all his faults, Willie Desjardins at least recognizes Kopitar's importance and plays him over 22 minutes a game. He's better value than Andreas Athanasiou ($5,500) or Kevin Hayes ($5,700).
WING
Viktor Arvidsson, NSH at BUF ($6,200): Arvidsson's 33 goals came in just 55 games, the third-best goals per game average (0.60) in the league, trailing Leon Draisaitl (0.60) by a hair and Alex Ovechkin (0.65), and better than John Tavares (0.58) and Steven Stamkos (0.53). And the Sabres? At least four goals allowed in seven of their past 10 games and two goalies with identical 1-6-1 records in March.
Anthony Mantha, DET vs. PIT ($5,600): They say goal scorers score in bunches, and in Mantha the Red Wings have one of the league's hottest. The big sniper is coming off a five-point effort against the Bruins, and in his past five games has scored five goals and 12 points. Linemate Tyler Bertuzzi ($3,900) has back-to-back-to-back three-point games, and presents an obvious opportunity to stack the line.
Victor Olofsson, BUF vs. NSH ($4,000): Olofsson's an interesting story: a seventh-round pick by Tim Murray, he broke out in his draft year and led the Swedish junior circuit in goals but struggled in his first few seasons in the SHL. That changed last season when he ended up leading the league in goals, and in 64 games with AHL Rochester this season has a team-high 60 points. His climb has been meteoric, and in three games he has two points, 10 shots while averaging second-line minutes.
DEFENSE
Alexander Edler, VAN vs. SJ ($6,100): He's scored nine points in his past 10 games and continues a ton of minutes for the Canucks, playing almost 30 minutes against the Stars on Saturday. The Canucks have zero playoff hopes but this is a stubborn coaching staff, and they'll continue to stick with Edler as long as they try to win every game. For now, Edler remains the top power-play quarterback instead of Quinn Hughes ($2,500).
Jacob Trouba, WPG at MIN ($5,400): Dustin Byfuglien ($6,000) will end up back on the top power play unit at some point, but for the time being it's still Trouba's spot and he has a chance to extend his point streak to five games. He's played in every single game this season, the only Jets defenseman to do so, and he's also registered at least one shot or blocked shot in each of them. His consistency makes him a safe pick.
