2024 Fantasy Outlook
Josh Williams piloted this car last season and to pretty good effect. The veteran would nab three Top-10 finishes and several more Top-15 finishes before moving on to Kaulig Racing over the off-season. Journeyman driver Bilicki will get most of the starts with this team in 2024, supported by a handful of additional drivers to round out the 33-race schedule. Bilicki is a veteran of 90 Xfinity Series starts since 2016, but with limited results. He boasts just two Top-10 finishes in those efforts. We would expect competitive efforts from this team on road circuits and superspeedways, however, they could be pretty shaky on intermediate and small ovals due to the lack of consistency behind the wheel. Part-Time with DGM Racing
XFINITY Series
January 5, 2024
DGM Racing announced that Bilicki will pilot the team's No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro at numerous races throughout the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Bilicki's first race behind the wheel of the No. 92 Camaro will come at the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.
ANALYSIS
Bilicki is renewing his part-time association with DGM as he drove the team's No. 91 entry part-time in 2023. The veteran driver is nearing his 200th NASCAR start and brings a lot of experience to this small team. While his 2024 schedule has not been completely announced, Bilicki did make nine starts for this team last season. He should have about the same amount of action in store for the upcoming campaign.

Bilicki was a part-time driver for Spire Motorsports last season, making 16 starts across the 36-race schedule. He would earn only a 29.1 average finish in those starts and struggle to be relevant in NASCAR's top division. Bilicki's deal with Spire ended and he will likely become a floater in 2023. He does have a deal locked down with Live Fast Motorsports for four events, but what comes after that remains a big question mark. At the maximum, Bilicki will only likely cobble together a half-time schedule at the most among multiple teams. It's really not a situation set up for much if any consistency in performance or success.
The 26-year-old Wisconsin native is expected to return to Rick Ware Racing in 2022. Bilicki should pilot one of the team's two full-time Cup Series entries this season. The young driver had arguably the best campaign of any RWR driver last year. The hallmark achievement was a hard-fought Top-10 finish in the Summer Daytona race. It marked Bilicki's first-career Top 10 in his five seasons of mostly part-time Cup competition. He's likely tabbed for driving duty in the team's No. 52 entry for 2022. If there, Bilicki will likely be teamed with crew chief, Jason Houghtaling. The two spent most of last season together and should have little trouble picking up where they left off. The biggest limiting factors for this driver and team are funds and equipment. At least the second half of that equation is expected to improve this season, thanks to an alliance with Stewart Haas Racing.
Made 22 starts last season, mainly for Tommy Baldwin Racing. However, there were a couple other teams in the mix. Bilicki labored to just two Top-25 finishes in those starts. He's a driver competing at the lowest tier of the NASCAR Cup Series. - Update - Signed with Rick Ware Racing in late January to race the full season in the No. 52 car.
Made 29 of the 33 events last season with JP Motorsports. The effort was mostly a start-and-park operation. Team plans for 2019 have not been announced.
Joined the upstart JP Motorsports in February 2018. Team secured two cars from Joe Gibbs Racing and plans to run the full schedule.
