2020 Fantasy Outlook
StarCom Racing has tabbed Houff to be their majority driver for the next two seasons in the No. 00 Chevrolet Camaro. While the number of starts is unclear, and veteran driver Landon Cassill is still in the picture, it's clear that StarCom wants to move in the direction of Houff if he can turn in the performance. The 22-year-old Virginian made 17 starts last season in his first season of Cup Series action. Houff registered just three Top-30 finishes across those starts, mostly in the Spire Motorsports No. 77 Chevrolet. The one major thing Houff has going for him is youth. He's very teachable at this point in his career, and Houff has shown that he can win races and race competitively based on his teen years racing in Super Late Models. Read Past Outlooks
Starting at rear

Houff failed pre-race tech for Sunday's Cup Series race at Homestead two times and will start at the rear, Bob Pockrass of Fox Sports reports.
It won't make a ton of difference, as Houff was slated to start 31st as it is. He will keep his official starting positions and drop to the tail end of the field on pace laps.

2019 Fantasy Outlook
Was signed in January to race about half the upcoming season in this new race team's No. 77 Chevrolet. It is unclear at this point as to who will race alongside Houff. Spire purchased the charter from the old No. 78 Furniture Row Racing team, and have the intention of racing full-time in 2019.
