Lakers Defeat Rockets in Game 4, 110-100
The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Houston Rockets, 110-100, in Game 4 of the Western Conference semi-finals in Orlando on Thursday.

While this game got down to a five-point margin in the final minutes, Los Angeles won this game in wire-to-wire fashion. The Lakers actually carried a 16-point lead into the half and led by at least five for the entirety of the second half. With that said, the Lakers led 101-78 with seven minutes remaining, with Houston going on a 22-4 run to cut the lead to five before LA finished with a 5-0 run of their own. Los Angeles dominated the boards, winning the offensive rebounding battle, 12-1, and the defensive rebounding differential, 40-25. In addition, the Lakers shot 49 percent from the field while out-assisting the Rockets, 30-24. In addition, Los Angeles outscored Houston in the paint, 62-24.

The Lakers (3-1) were led by Anthony Davis, who tallied 29 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and two blocks. LeBron James collected 16 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists and two steals. Danny Green totaled 10 points, four rebounds and three assists. Alex Caruso led the bench with 16 points while Rajon Rondo provided 11 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

The Rockets (1-3) were led by Russell Westbrook, amassing 25 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals. James Harden went just 2-of-11 from the field but still generated 21 points, four rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and three blocks. Eric Gordon had 19 points and three assists while Austin Rivers led the bench with 14 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Los Angeles will look to close out the series in Game 5 on Saturday.
