Bulls Topple Pelicans, 128-124
The Chicago Bulls defeated the New Orleans Pelicans, 128-124, at Smoothie King Center on Wednesday night.

The Bulls (16-18) appeared to be on their way to notching a comfortable win after turning a one-point first-quarter lead into a 19-point halftime advantage following a prolific second quarter. The Pelicans (15-20 were then only able to shave two points from their deficit during the third quarter, but New Orleans clawed all the way back to get within two points with only 3.4 seconds remaining before Coby White drained a pair of free throws to preserve the win.

Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 36 points, complementing them with eight assists, two rebounds and two steals. White provided 25 points, three assists, two rebounds and one steal. Thaddeus Young supplied 18 points, five rebounds, three assists, three blocks and one steal. Patrick Williams managed 13 points, four rebounds, one assist and three blocks. Denzel Valentine contributed 11 points and four rebounds.

Zion Williamson paced the Pelicans with 28 points, adding nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block. J.J. Redick poured in 22 points, supplementing them with two rebounds and two assists. Brandon Ingram turned in 21 points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal. Josh Hart delivered 13 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals. Lonzo Ball and Eric Bledsoe mustered matching 12-point tallies while dishing out five and 10 assists, respectively.

The Bulls are now off for the All-Star break until Thursday, March 11, when they'll host the Philadelphia 76ers. The Pelicans are right back in action Thursday night, when they'll host the Miami Heat.
